Sifat Azad

Sifat Azad is a senior majoring in Biology on the pre-medical track. He currently works as an SSLC Supplemental Instruction instructor and facilitator, supporting students in mastering challenging coursework through collaborative learning. In addition, he serves as a Matriculate Advising Fellow and a PHMI mentor, providing guidance and support to students from high school and college as they navigate their academic and professional journeys. These leadership and mentorship roles have helped him develop strong communication, compassion, and boldness, which he is eager to bring to the student government. He remains devoted to campaigning for mental health support, academic resources, campus inclusivity, and creating more opportunities for students to find purpose and fulfillment here at Hunter, ensuring that everyone feels supported throughout their college experience.
