Sara Algahmi

Sara Algahmi is a junior THH Scholar majoring in Biology and minoring in Mathematics on the pre-medical track. She has served as a Project Leader for the NYPIRG chapter at Hunter, advocating for consumer justice. She has also volunteered at the Skirball Science Learning Center as a Gen Chem Tutor and Biology Supplemental Instruction Scholar. Off-campus, she has interned at the Constituent Services Unit of the Manhattan Borough President's Office. As a Sophomore Senator, Sara is dedicated to promoting a diverse, inclusive, and supportive college experience to students.
