Beatrise Jikia

Beatrise Jikia is a senior majoring in Human Biology on the Pre-Medical track. She works as an insurance and billing coordinator, helping patients navigate treatment plans and coverage. She also has hands-on clinical experience as a dental assistant and floater, performing Zoom teeth whitening, taking X-rays, and assisting with implant-supported prostheses, post and core procedures, and more. She manages sterilization and instrument processing in compliance with OSHA protocols. Beatrise previously worked as a medical scribe at Weill Cornell Medicine through ScribeAmerica and is currently completing EMT training to broaden her emergency care skills. She also volunteers in the Emergency Department at Mount Sinai, providing bedside support and engagement to geriatric patients. As an immigrant from Georgia, she is passionate about expanding access to healthcare and education. As the Faculty-Student Disciplinary Committee (FSDC) Representative, Beatrise is committed to promoting fairness, transparency, and integrity in academic proceedings.
