Types of Spaces

Clubs may reserve USG-managed or Central Reservations–managed spaces

All USG spaces close at 8:00 PM

Large Events (30+ people):

Timing & Limits

Reserve rooms 3–4 weeks in advance
-
You may submit up to 3 requests at one time
-
You cannot book a room for more than 4 hours
-
Setup and cleanup time must be included
-

Clubs cannot reserve the same room/time every week
-
TH 419 is only for faith-based clubs
How to Request a USG Room
-
Please review the club the instructions for club reservations here, then log into the Unofficial Calendar using your club email

Check for date, time, and room conflicts
-
If no conflict:
-
Copy the room name from the header
-
Add your club acronym before the room name
-
Change font to Centric Gothic, size 8
-

Submit the calendar edit
-
Submit the SRC Room Reservation Form
Submitting these forms does NOT mean approval
How Approval Works
-
You will receive a separate confirmation email if approved
-
An email saying your “suggestion was accepted” does NOT mean approval
-
Always check the OFFICIAL Calendar for confirmed rooms
-
Submitting more than 3 requests before approval will result in all requests being deleted
If Your SEIF Is Not Approved

You must cancel your room immediately

Failure to cancel may lead to a temporary ban
Central Reservations Spaces
-
Some spaces are managed by Central Reservations (In other words, the spaces that aren't managed by USG)
-
Submit a request through the Central Reservations form
-
Allow at least 6 weeks for approval
(multiple departments, including Public Safety, must approve)
